Founded in 1999, IPAC Paving Ltd. is a unionized privately held construction contractor headquartered in North York, Ontario. We have been providing a wide variety of construction services for private and municipal clients across the Greater Toronto Area and even further. Over the years, our company has built a large customer base including commercial properties, property management companies, industrial buildings and municipalities.
